The concept of business continuity means that the institution or organization makes its business and tasks sustainable by planning what needs to be done before, during and after the crisis within the scope of information technology activities. With this training, participants are aimed to learn about the basic activities that should be planned to be ready for a possible crisis by establishing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in the organization.
